The lobby of this hotel was absolutely stunning, giving off a grand and luxurious vibe. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had a great room with wireless internet access. The room itself was fantastic, with a spacious bathroom that had both a tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The slippers and robes provided were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of the room. the hotel's location in the heart of the city made it convenient for shopping and enjoying the local restaurants.

While the overall experience at this hotel was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. it was a bit challenging to find a working outlet in the room.

From the moment we arrived, the service team was extremely efficient and welcoming. the bar/lounge area was enjoyable and the restaurant had delicious food. We loved the private facilities, including the health club and steam bath. the location advantages were unbeatable, in the heart of the city.

The only minor issue we faced here was the slow Wi-Fi connection, which was the only negative aspect, but not a deal-breaker. we had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for a luxury experience in Harbin.
